  This place has impossibly bad communication skills. I dropped off a head unit, before thanksgiving break, with the understanding that I would get it back after the new year. Charitably, thats six weeks. I get the unit back, after seven weeks , after a few polite reminders , after initiating every phone call. I try out the unit 3 days later, with the exact same symptoms that I brought it in for. Epic failure on so many levels. Wish that place off veterans ave was still in business...he was good, fast and economical.

  Everytime I've gone to Galaxy, I've been extreamly happy. They have brought back to life several pieces of equipment for me. The've gone above and beyond. They have beefed up several pieces beter than factory. Great improvement. Thank you and I'll see you soon.
